Bodegas Sel d'Aiz is located in the charming town of Castillo Pedroso, on a mountain that can be accessed via the road from Puente Viesgo to Ontaneda. In the central area of Cantabria, 40 minutes from Santander.

Sel d'Aiz is Asier and Miriam's project. This couple has been committed to making quality white wines with the character of the Cantabrian terroir for more than a decade, using the varieties Riesling, Albariño and Godello. They make five whites, their world-award-winning sparkling wine and a vermouth.

The wines are classified within the Protected Geographical Indication Vino de la Costa de Cantabria.
